Ryan Spiers

Ryan assists the President/Owner of Knight Abbey, Tonya Spiers, by handling a wide range of tasks across the business, including finance, accounting, IT, vendor relations and identifying opportunities for company improvement. This diverse range of responsibilities ensures that Ryan's work is both dynamic and engaging, offering new challenges and learning experiences each day.

 

Ryan's background has uniquely prepared him for his role at Knight Abbey. He graduated early from Biloxi High School and enrolled at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he studied finance and played college football as an offensive lineman. After transitioning to a student coach role, Ryan managed numerous tasks to support the team's success. He graduated in three and a half years with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in finance. Ryan then worked at Grandbridge, the mortgage banking subsidiary of Truist Bank, where he gained comprehensive exposure to loan processes.

 

Ryan thrives on the variety his job offers, from interacting with the team to meeting with vendors. This element of unpredictability brings excitement to his role and fuels his passion for continuous improvement.

 

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys working out, cooking, reading and spending quality time with his loved ones.
