Catie Shadden

Based out of Chattanooga, TN, Catie's career journey is deeply rooted in her family's connection to the printing industry. From a young age, she attended PIAS (Printing Industry Association of the South) Convention trips, fostering close relationships with Tonya and the Knight Abbey family. Initially exploring business and the medical field in college, Catie ultimately became a cosmetologist, drawn by her love for interacting with and helping people. She later worked at her father's printing company in Chattanooga, where, under the mentorship of Tonya, she immersed herself in learning every aspect of the industry. After the sale of her father’s company and his retirement, Catie was presented with the opportunity to join Knight Abbey, fulfilling her dream of continuing her dad’s legacy of making an indelible mark on customers' lives beyond ink and paper.

Catie thrives in her role at KA by utilizing her creativity to transform ideas from concept to reality. She finds great fulfillment in helping others grow their businesses and achieve success, a passion that drives her daily efforts.

Outside of her professional life, Catie enjoys cheering on the Tennessee Vols at football games with her family, attending concerts and wake surfing at every opportunity. Her family, which includes her father John, mother Sandy, older brother Nick, and their Goldendoodle Neyland Knox (affectionately deemed the family favorite), is her biggest source of support and joy.
