Charlotte Miller

Charlotte’s originally from the Midwest, but we don’t hold that against her. In fact, we don’t know what we’d do without her! Charlotte arrived at Knight Abbey after 17 years with May Department Stores, where she directed the purchasing of paper for multiple direct mail catalogues. In 2000, she brought her tremendous experience to Knight Abbey and has helped countless customers as an Account Manager. She seems to thrive on the daily challenge of meeting deadlines and making the impossible possible. She also enjoys interacting with many different people. With eight grandchildren, that’s probably a good thing.
